Sports Camp

Sports Camp is a week-long summer camp that introduces kids to Jesus and helps them develop godly character through the use of sports and biblical lessons. Along with sports, children will sing songs, hear Bible stories. The camp is FREE to the community, managed by the volunteers of Lombard Christian Reformed Church, and is intended for children entering 1st grade through entering 4th grade. We will be limiting registration to 60 kids this year so get registered before we run out of spots.

Who can attend?

Sports camp is intended for children entering 1st grade through entering 4th grade. Please note that age/year has been changed this year.

Do I need to stay and monitor my child(ren)?

Parents are welcome to stay throughout the duration of SportsCamp but are not required. All children will be safely monitored and cared for at all times.

What activities are included?

Sports will likely include a combination of Soccer, Hockey, Kickball, and other sports. There will also be worship time at the beginning and end of each day.

Why do I need to register?

This allows us to assign your child(ren) to a team, and be made aware of any allergies or other concerns, and have the correct emergency contact information.

Does my child need to attend every day?

Full participation is recommended, but we understand that not every child will be able to make it every day. Please have your child inform their huddle coaches on which day(s) they will not be there.

Does my child need to bring anything?

Drinks and snacks will also be provided. Each child may also bring a filled water bottle and any personal items to be carried by their respective huddle coach.
